By creating an account or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms.
Accounts. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.
Subscriptions and billing. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Content. Decision letters are published by the Planning Inspectorate under the Open Government Licence. Summaries and tagging are generated automatically and are not a substitute for reading the original decision.
Termination. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.
Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
